Salmon Citrus Grilled


2 oranges peeled, white pith removed
2 (8) oz. Coho Salmon Fillets
2 tsp. safflower oil
Fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp. lime juice
Fresh Dill (for garnish)

Cooking Directions:

Prepare BBQ (high heat) or preheat broiler
Rub Salmon both sides with oil
Sprinkle generously with pepper
Grill Salmon until Cooked Through
Baste Salmon with Lime Juice about 4 minutes per side
Arrange Salmon on plate
Garnish with fresh dill and orange slices
