Katie's Bacon Wrapped Crab & Jalapeno Poppers
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45 min or until golden brown
Servings:
8-ounce container of Giovanni's Jalapeno Crab Spread, room temperature
4 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
16 slices of regular-cut bacon
8 Jalapenos, cut in half lengthwise, seeds & ribs removed
Cut Jalapenos in half. Remove ribs and stems. Mix the Jalapeño crab spread with the shredded cheese. Fill each Jalapeno half with 1 tablespoon of filling. Wrap bacon around each half Jalapeno. Be sure to overlap the bacon around the Jalapeno half by a little. Place all on a rack over a foil-lined sheet pan. Bake at 275 F. degrees (no need to preheat) for forty-five minutes (or until golden brown) on a rack about eight inches from the broiler.
