King Crab Legs in Garlic Lemon Butter
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 lbs cooked king crab legs, cut in 6 inch pieces
5 cloves of garlic, minced
3/4 stick of unsalted butter
1 stock of green onion, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
Freshly ground pepper and sea salt
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauteed the garlic for a few seconds, about 30 seconds.
Add the king crab and cook for 2 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and stir in butter, allow to melt.
Add the lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes.
Taste and adjust with salt and pepper, stir in green onion and serve immediately.
Combine ingredients in a saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until butter is melted and ingredients are combined.
Makes 1/2 cup.
