Lemon Herb Garlic Halibut
Marinated in a zesty lemon-garlic mixture and grilled to bring out its natural flavors, this halibut recipe is both healthy and flavorful.
4 halibut fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and thyme.
Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
Place the fillets in a shallow dish and pour the lemon-garlic mixture over them. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill the halibut for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional thyme if desired.
