Rock Crab Meat Sliders
Ingredients:
1 pound rock crab meat sliders
2 stocks celery, diced
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 bunch chives, finely sliced
fresh lemon juice from half a lemon
12 brioche buns or rolls
Preparation:
Place Rock Crab meat in a large bowl. Gently mix in celery, mayonnaise, chives and lemon juice until blended. Divide crab mixture among the brioche buns and serve.
