Wahoo (Ono) Poke
Ingredients:
1 pound ono fillet
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 limes, juiced
2 Hawaiian chile pepper, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon green onion
1/2 cup chopped ogo
Cooking Directions:
Cut Ono fillet into cubes. In a mixing bowl, mix ono with salt and olive oil then add the remaining ingredients. Serve cold
