Wild Abalonesteak from Baja California is hand picked and selected to produce the very best Abalone steaks.  Abalone is stripped, trimmed, pounded, and tenderized to create a very tender steak with a mild and sweet flavor. Serve as an hors d'oeuvre, appetizer, or entrée. 

Steaks are individually frozen and are 2 ounces each.


Reminder, these steaks are already tenderized and it is Chef's recommendation to handle the steaks very carefully while cooking!

  • These steaks can age for up to 4 days in the cooler, and tend to get richer with a few days of age.  We also recommend re-pounding these even further with a tenderizing mallet if you want them extra tender and capable of cutting with a fork. Simply Bread them with our Panko Bread Crumbs, and fry in a mixture of half Olive Oil and half Butter for  approx 2 minutes per side, maximum. 

    Abalone Steaks will ship as Thawed from Frozen.  If you prefer your abalone to arrive in a solid frozen state, please select DRY ICE option at Checkout.
