Snapper Ceviche

Snapper Ceviche

Making Ceviche is Easy, if you just follow these few easy steps!


2 lbs Fresh Snapper Fillets (De-Boned)
4-6 Fresh Jalapenos Diced
4-6 Med Tomatos Diced
1 Med Red Onion Diced
1 Bunch Cilantro Chopped
2 Cups Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice
1/2 tablespoon Salt
2 Avocado chopped (Optional)
Cooking Directions:

First cut your Snapper Fillets into small cubes approx. 1/2 inch square.

Pour half the Lime Juice over the Fish and Let set 1-2 Hours

In a Large Bowl Combine Tomatoes, Onions and Cilantro with Remaining Juice. Toss.

Salt the Snapper, and carefully mix into Veggie Mixture

Carefully Fold Avocados into The Ceviche, taking care not to smash.

Let all contents sit together. You may Eat it right away or refrigerate overnight.

Serve with Fresh Hot Corn Tortilla Chips
